Individual Therapy
Did you know that most therapy clients are ordinary people struggling with common, everyday issues? We all know that daily life can be rough. Therapy can help address major life changes, such as grief, divorce, while others may seek help in managing mental health conditions, like depression. Sometimes just having extra support and guidance through a challenging situation is necessary. Whatever the issue, I look forward to helping you improve your quality of life. If I am not the person to help, I will gladly provide a referral to someone who might be able to help you.
I have found my therapeutic training has been most effective for individuals between the ages of 12 and 26. However, there is flexibility depending on the person, so do not hesitate to contact me to find out more!

Methods of Individual Therapy
I believe in using an individual's strengths to help them develop an understanding and awareness of the issues that are causing roadblocks and preventing them from meeting their maximum potential. Due to that belief I use an eclectic mix of therapy styles that I believe will be helpful to the individual. I will work with you to develop satisfying relationships, achieve work-life balance, and use coping skills for stress and anxiety. Methods may include play therapy for younger clients, cognitive therapy for older clients, or cognitive-behavioral therapy. I am trained and continue to seek professional development in evidence-based therapeutic techniques in order to most effectively help the client.
